Absolute worst service!! EVER. From the server, down the the kitchen staff. Had went here a year ago to place an order for... wings, and was turned away because it was 30 mins from close... Last night I called in to place an order, I waited an hour for apizza to receive a buffalo chicken pizza with marinara sauce all over it. I had explained my order and they proceed to blame iton me and tell me i ordered the pizza incorrectly.They refused to refund me as the server said it would be coming out of herpaycheck. Which is COMPLETELY inappropriate.Told me they would make me a new pizza mind you i have already waited and hour forONE PIZZA i called in advance for. at this point I was not giving this company my business or anymore of my time. As someone whohas been working in the restaurant industry for the past 10 years as a server, i'm disgusted with the way it was handled.Telling a customer it their fault and argue making it right for them? outrageous. This restaurant needs better staffing as therefriendliness, customer service and cleanliness lacked MAJORLY. As i see i'm not the only one with the same complaints, I hopethis review reaches the owner so they can REALLY make the improvements they claimed they have been working on in other reviews.I will definitely not be stopping EVER again and don't recommend to anyone. We visited last night with my family, and the food was exceptional! While we were there, another patron was making a scene... about his pizza, which he ordered incorrectly. This person was fowl mouthed and smelled horrible. The staff did a very good jobof handling him, and we're much more gracious than I would have been. I highly recommend them. Read more
So today one of our employees from on point pest control went to this establishment to order dinner for his family. Sad to say... he was treated with horrible customer service. He placed an order for what he wanted and when he noticed the food was incorrectthey gave him several problems. We do not recommend this business to anyone. Love this place! Everyone who works here is super friendly, even the incoming & outgoing customers, all with smiles on their... faces. Food is amazing. Pizza is top notch for PA pizza, I have never had a bad experience here. Only thing that wasn't to mypersonal taste is their mozz sticks, but everything else is awesome. Love their cheesesteaks! Had a great experience! Food was on point??But there's no surprise there. Best pizzeria in the poconos hands down! Delicious is... an understatement ???? customer service was great as well. I showed up a few minutes before closing time and still received topservice. Very kind. I ordered the penne alla vodka, chicken alfredo, a couple slices, and some chicken parm pasta for my self.As you can see, it really hit the spot????I live about 30 minutes away But i refuse to get pasta from anywhere else.
