I like Taco Bell, but this place is hit or miss. When it comes to service, this place is good. But when it comes to getting what... you ordered or fresh food, they lack a bit. Something as simple as sauce is forgotten all the way up to an actual item youordered. The soft tacos are always soggy when I get home. DON'T BOTHER GOING HERE!!! Tried to put my order in at the drive-thru with no response from employee on other end. After no... response, we tried inside the front counter and no employee was within sight after entering. After yelling for help with ourorder, 2 female employees crawled out of the back room just to tell us "the food isn't ready". this is the third time i drove to this dump and they didn't honor their hours. they open at 9 but its 11 and they are not open.... when they are the place smells like a sewer leak. if my kids didn't beg for it, i would never come here and now i have a goodexcuse not to because they've seen it closed. if they are out of something they make a substitution without consulting you. ifyou're doing takeout i recommend you check before leaving the window.
