This place was a great late dinner stop that made arrangements for a group of 10 on short notice 1 hour before closing. The... place across the street turned us away! Our waitress Tiffany, who had a great attitude, was more than happy to wait on us. Wequickly ordered, enjoyed our meal and were outta there 15 minutes after closing!...Definitely worth it and wish I'd have beenable to order some sushi, but it was already closed for the evening....Absolutely stopping by again when I'm in the area! The service was amazing! Food was definitely fresh and filling. We had 8 of us, 4 adults, 4 kids and 1 dog. We sat outside. ... Our order included a variety of apps, sushi, and entrees. We had the distinct honor of meeting Sushi Chef Michael this evening. The passion and charisma he brings to the Trackside team... is outstanding. Did you know that they use the freshest ingredients possible for all of their sushi? Rice flown in from Japanand Korea? Along with a plethora of knowledge and skill to bring the greatest sushi to the Poconos! Enough fangirling over thefood! We need to share about the amazing service we received. We visited on a busy evening and there were no tables available for our party. The staff were able to combine tables and get us... seated right away. The food was good. My only complaint is that the waitress didn't give us a sushi menu or even tell us thatsushi was available until we saw another party's order being brought to their table. I asked and she brought out one sushi menuthough we had a party of 8. Luckily we caught it all in time and we were able to enjoy a good meal! Read more

Sushi is back at Trackside. Sushi Chef Michael is a sushi master. Fresh, Very high quality. I’ve never had better sushi.... It’s a must try. I stopped at this bar and grill to grab something to eat and a drink. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked in... and Phil was my bartender. I ordered the fish sandwich and red wine. I waited a bit and tried to order a lemon drop martini andhe didn't really know how to make it so I stuck to wine. The sandwich came out and when I dug in it was pretty tasty. I enjoyedit and the bill wasn't too bad. All in all I had a good experience. Read more
