The two girls that work there in the morning and the afternoon on the weekdays are amazing. They work fast and they are able to... get through the line h rush very effectively they are always pleasant and kind. First, avoid this place after 1 p.m. or so. Most of the staff must be on lunch and they'll have one person on the line to make... the sandwich and cash out. That annoys me as I usually take my lunch later in the day. The other thing that irks me is when Ibuy a veggie sub and ask for an extra piece of cheese, they charge me. I'm not getting any meat, just a bunch of veggies, andyes, the price is a bit lower, but for crying out loud why charge for an extra piece of cheese. They don't deduct from the priceof a sandwich when you DON'T get cheese, so wouldn't my one piece offset that? Read more
Ok so a few days ago I bought some subs here. Girl working the counter seemed rude,but I overlooked that. Anyhow when I got... home,the subs tasted very off. The veggies had a foul and unpleasant taste. I immediately called subway to attempt to return thesubs,but was told the manager wasn't in and there was nothing she could do, and that I had to call back another day when theManager was in. I then called back a few days later, like I was told to,and sure enough, no manager was on duty. I was told thestore manager is new and barely in. I was told to call back another time. I then called AGAIN,for the third time a cpl dayslater like I was told to do yet again,and the girl that answered said he still wasn't in. Wow. Finally this girl said she'd takemy number and forward it to the Manager. I finally get a call from the Manager,and although his tone wasn't rude,his responsewas. He told me there's not much he can do because several days have past. I explained that this wasn't my fault because Icalled immediately after ordering and in the days that followed. It's not my fault he's never at this restaurant. Anyhow I didntfeel like arguing,I just wanted what I paid for. He then offered me 10% off for an order at this subway lol. He also offered mecoupons thru email,which never arrived. I texted him twice about this,but never got a response. So in the end I lose money onfood that went into the trash and the new Manager at this location couldn't care less. Horrible food and horrible customerservice. I'm not sure what type of Management was here before this guy,but I feel sorry for this subway with this new guyrunning it. I'll never step foot in here again. There are other much cleaner subways in the area with much better Management. Read more
For a quick lunch Subways are always just around the corner. This is a convenient quick good lunch.
Ida and the girls are amazing! They pretty much know what sub I'm going to get every time I come in. The service is fast, ... friendly, and accurate. Even when they are slammed busy they still take time to chat and are extremely personable. Theymake you feel like you truly matter and not just like you another random customer. From the first time I walked in to thissite I felt welcomed and comfortable. Some people may say "It's only a Subway, why are you raving so much about them?" Well,because these are THE NICEST, MOST POLITE sub making people I've ever seen in any subway! I've driven out there on my day offto get a sub from this location (30 minutes from my house) simply because this crew is amazing and my sandwich is always, ALWAYS, perfect...and I have a subway site 8 miles down the road from where I live!
