No frills cozy atmosphere. Met our cousin here for dinner the first night we were in town visiting, and we were blown away. Was... the best pizza we've ever had! Our oldest got the kids chicken strips and fries, and hers was very good as well. Our waitresswas very friendly and attentive. We loved our visit and look forward to our next one, as we'll definitely be stopping in! Read more
Back in town for a wedding. Had a good pizza our first night, can?t get dough like that in Indy. My disappointment is that on... our last night we called at 9:15 to order fried dough and the guy said they were closed even though their website said they wereopen until 11:00 on Saturdays. . So disappointed, indy has never even heard of fried dough, my family was so excited about usbringing some back. Fix your website dudes. Read more
Of all the Twin Trees in and around Syracuse this is the worse?. Take a drive and go to any of the others because this one is... just a waste .. Horrible service, snotty employees, wings are overcooked and dry and as much as i love Twin Trees Pizza theyhave somehow managed to mess up a proven delicious recipe? We've ordered from there for years, they were our favorite pizza and wing shop, but started noticing a downward change of our... food over the last year and a half. They were our favorite pizza and wing shop, but we won't be ordering from them anymore. Werecently ordered our normal pizza and wing special, large 2 topping pizza and 20 wings (it used to be 24) and a 2 liter bottleof soda and we paid over $44 including tax, seriously! that is the price if you pick it up. It jumps for delivery as theycharge a delivery fee. Ask what they charge for delivery and then ask how much of that the driver keeps. The restaurant getsmost of that fee that they charge you for. So they are charging you extra money on top of what they already charged you for yourorder just because you want it delivered. We ordered bbq sauce on the wings, there wasn't any sauce on the wings, but a lot ofwatery light brownish liquid in the box. BBQ sauce is reddish brown, not watery reddish brown. You could not taste any BBQflavor on the wings and they looked like there was no coating on them at all. Such a shame as they were our restaurant of choicefor pizza and wings. Read more
We order twin trees all the time never have a problem with it but today just wasn?t the same no sauce on the chicken at all the... fries where so soft and greasy. Idk what was wrong tonight but it wasn?t cool. Thank you and I hope something changes Read more
I placed an order on 7/31 for a company luncheon and spoke with Erica who was extremely nice and helpful. The pizza was SO GOOD.... They were able to make an Antipasti for the exact amount of people in our office. Everything arrived right at the time we askedfor and the delivery driver, Dave, was awesome. Thank you guys so much! We ordered cheese bread for the first time at this location, and it was absolutely disgusting. It was on what tasted like a year... old hoagie roll, and tasted like grease from the bottom of a dumpster... Gross, gross and just plain gross!!! The pizza was nobetter... Goodbye twin trees of east Syracuse.... So many of the other locations that call themselves twin trees should beashamed of themselves... Read more
