We have had pizza delivered from here multiple times and tonight the driver couldn't find our place and just said she was... heading back to the store without delivering it. Literally EVERY other driver has easily found our place. It's right off apretty main road. Will NEVER order from here again. Read more

The turkey Club was great. The pizza was not great actually the sauce is horrible ???? I used to work for Hungry Howies along... time ago I never remember the pizza being that bad. Read more
The manager needs a class on how to TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS. We ordered a pizza it was delivered to the wrong place and after an... hour we called and found that out. He gave us extreme attitude for an error on their part we were just trying to get fixed andhung-up the phone before I was done speaking. I am not happy with this experience and will not be ordering anything again.Update- The new manager jordan (sorry if i misspelled your name) was very polite and courteous when i called wondering where myfood went. For once i can say that i was treated with respect from a manager from hungry howies. Jordan is the best i've seen inthat business. Read more
Horrible service at the tawas location. My husband went in at 2:00 pm to order some wings. He paid and was told 10 minutes. We... sat and waited 50 mins and they wernt ready. They didnt even cook them they said they forgot and wanted him to wait another 20minutes. Didnt offer a refund or anything. This is crazy and now he has no lunch to eat. EDIT: Notice the "canned" comment to my post, pathetic. HORRIBLE SERVICE. On Saturday, November 6th, we stop by the Tawas... location to order pizza for our family. Apparently, the had some kind of special hours, 11-3pm due to not being able to staffthat location. The time was 2:20pm and I was worried that our sizable order was too much so close to 3pm that I asked thebearded gentlemen if it was OK or not to order, he said no problem. When we went in to pickup our order, the short haired, manchild that cook our food told the bearded gentlemen that took our order, in a loud voice so I would hear, "I hope they choke onthe bread". It was everything in me to not jump the counter, what a pathetic POS. I will NEVER spend another dime there. Bewarned. Read more
