The downtown area is cute, And The shop itself is a nice area to hang out in. My main purpose for stopping in was to purchase a... drink so that I could use the restroom while traveling through town. I did purchase a hot tea, and the worker was able todeliver it very quickly, and she also was very polite while delivering my drink and many other customers that came in at thesame time. My biggest complaint was that this was a restaurant they did not offer their customers a restroom option. As aMichigan restaurant owner myself, I have always understood it that restaurants were required by law to offer restrooms to theircustomers. Perhaps things are different in northern Michigan? Truthfully, I would not have purchased a five dollar tea that Idid not really want, unless I was on the hunt for a restroom. Out of professional courtesy, I try to avoid using a companiesrestroom unless I am purchasing something from them. To the owner, I would recommend opening up the use of the accessiblerestroom that is locked in the back all of your establishment. To the general consumer, if you?re looking for a bubble tea orlooseleaf tea, this looks like the place to go in the area. Read more
Great location, I've stopped here a few times for bubble tea. The inside is nice and clean but I've never seen the staff smile;... kinda throws the atmosphere off. Besides that, the blended matcha latte is pretty good! Read more
