Happened June 26, left home 15 minutes early to stop by mcds and get breakfast before class. Well, due to really ssslllooowww... service, I was 5 minutes late for class! All the workers worked at the speed of a sloth. And the food was actually not thatgood, got 2 burritos and they were actually kind of crusty. Then I go back 2 weeks later (20 minutes early this time) anddining room was closed. So I now goto Kwik Trip across the street, way better service and food! Read more
While my hubby was getting gas, I went in to order a quick breakfast Togo and it was a no go. I didn?t have time to log on to... their website and then wait for someone to deliver my breakfast!! So one star for poor customer service!!! Read more
We went thru the drive thru to order a large big mac meal, a plain cheeseburger happy meal with apple juice and apple slices,... and a spicy chicken sandwich meal. The women taking the order made us repeat to her several times that we wanted an apple juicewith the happy meal, yet she put a small sprite down. when we get to the window, the cheeseburger is not plain, we were missingthe apple slices and we had to ask for the apple juice instead of the small sprite. we asked the worker to replace thecheeseburger and they gave us another not plain cheeseburger. we say that its not plain and they ask us to pull forward to waitfor a remake. we wait in our car for 5 mins and then my bf goes into the store and gets the cheeseburger himself. as im eatingmy big mac, i pull out of the burger a 4 inch piece of STRING. i had to go inside and request a manager (Mickey) to replace mysandwich. as hes doing so, i hear the workers say ?that guy is still waiting for his cheeseburger? and they LAUGH about it. itell them we already got the cheeseburger by coming into the store since they forgot. this experience was unprofessional andcouldve resulted in me choking to death on a string.
