I stood waiting for over 5 minutes. Everything was stocked. No line. Just no employees at the counter. I could hear a few laugh... from the back occasionally. I couldn't even bother to wait around longer. The bread and meats did look good though. Read more
Great service. Fresh food. I've been going to East Troy's Subway for years and haven't had a bad experience yet.
My daughter and I stopped here on the motorcycle. Its a subway in a gas station, so nothing to special. Were able to sit down... and eat. Workers were both very friendly. Would come here again for sure. Read more

Fresh tasting sandwich, especially the veggies. Turkey was cold so it didn't have a taste to me. This was a stop for to go lunch... while driving to Milwaukee, so easy in, order, pay and then we ate in car. They have three bench tables if you want to eatinside. With chain fast food restaurants I expect and received the taste/quality that I expected. Menu has changed some...noroast beef here for calorie conscious, turkey was available. If you know what to expect and want Subway hasn't disappointed nomatter where I've been in Europe or the states!! Great to go option during pandemic! Read more
My wife and I just moved to the area a few months ago, and have been here three times so far. Each time we?ve had the same... sandwich maker, Brett. He is incredibly pleasant and friendly, and has recognized us each time we?ve gone in, and after only 3visits has began to remember our orders. After our first time there my wife and I both said to each other ?wow, he was so nice!?and he?s been just as nice with each consecutive visit. One of the slowest, most expensive, and dishonest subways I've ever been to. Service is very slow. They have one maybe 2 people... at a time but only 1 that makes sandwiches (very very slowly might I add) while the other hides in back and only comes up toring you up with no smile and just rude. Also she tried to cheat me out of money, I ordered the foot long veggie max (the boardsaid it was $7.75, most other subways it is between $6-$6.50) and she asked me for almost $10. Tax is not that much and she saidthe register charged it at $8.75 and I said well the board says this so I think that's what I'll pay for this. I mean you buy ashirt at a store for $7 and they ring you up for $8 you let them know there is a mistake right? Well she made me stand there forabout 5 min (probably hoping I'd just say whatever and leave) but I just waited and finally she gave me the correct change butI'll never go back to this subway and I don't recommended you go there either.
