Management very unprofessional. I understand due to the current lack of workers companies are allowing people to get away with a... lot of unpleasant behavior however the manager could have pretended he took my complaint about the cashier's lack of customerservice seriously. I always have a delicious meal here. I also love the free wifi. It's a great location to get work done. There's cute back corner... that has some chairs that feel out of the way. There's also cute chairs outside for those who want fresh air seating. I pickedsausage flatbread, chips, and m&m cookie. The flatbread was absolutely delicious. I love pick two here since it gives you timeto try multiple items. The cookies here taste always fresh. I always use cookie as a pick me up snack in afternoon. I also gotstrawberry banana smoothie. Smoothie was super smooth, fresh and delicious. It comes pretty small. But I also tried theirlemonade. The lemonade is super sweet and refreshing. I always like adding splash of water to find right balance. Only thing Iwish better was it was cheaper. But in the past, I have seen coupons for free items when you make a profile. We ordered2 Cobb salads which were so gross I wouldn't even give the chicken to my dog! It was chewy and I think the salad sat... there all day! There was chopped up bacon which was more like chpped up FAT!!! The guacamole was gross! My husband asked forbread to go with both salads and we got one apple!! Never again....what a waste Read more
For starters, I don?t have high expectations regarding drive thru food although some places get it right. Here at this store... specifically you have the worst combo of: a) expensive food; b) poorly prepared food; c) an overpriced restaurant that won?t getyour food correctly ordered even if you try clarifying a few times and d) generally unhappy people working here unlike thestoughton store on the Brockton line where service is actually quite good and upbeat. I have no idea if this is a corporatestore but I am shocked as to how fast this place has deteriorated in terms of quality and service?while charging you 2-3 dollarsmore than a fast food restaurant that will at least get your food right. Very disappointing. Go somewhere else, preferablysomewhere locally owned. The food is actually disgusting here. Any reviews suggesting otherwise are - I think - paidtestimonials. Seems like dirty place, paper on the floor inside and outside, speed of service is not bad and staff is polite, which is good.
Disappointed with this place....I did an online order for pick up and when I got back to work . I found my fruit cup was no... good, it had fungus on the blueberries. I didn't want to eat any of my order after finding out that the fruit cup wasn't fresh.So I called the manger CHRIS... Who told me he can refund me back my $2 . If I come back ... So I ask for a number to speak tosomeone else because this is unacceptable...I'm not close to come back for $2. Chris said he would take my address and send me agift card .... I recently went to the drive thru and tried to order a value duet. I was told that this particular store does not offer this. ... I am not sure if this is true but i was dismissed right away without even been offered an alternative. Another issue i had withthis particular store is that they list prices higher than what is listed on the panera bread website. I even showed the repthe app with the prices and the response was i cannot do anything about the prices and offered me a receipt and to reach out tocorporate for a refund. Just horrible customer service. I am a regular panera bread customer and to have this treatment isvery disappointing. I will be avoiding this particular location from now on. Read more
