Prices are much higher (I assume because they are next to the Waterpark). They close the dining room in the middle of dinner... "rush" without notice. Management seems very grumpy. Read more

My family and I were out late because we went to a concert and were stopping to grab some taco bell on the way home as a decent... snack. As soon as we got to the second item I was ordering, the person on the speaker became verbally sarcastic andcondescending, which presented as rude. He used this tone throughout the encounter and it got worse as we went on. He saidthings in this tone of, "Oh sure!" "Oh, okay" and " Anything else sir?". If you know the tone and these phrases said in thistone, I think you have an idea of how annoying it became as it continued. It seemed like I was disturbing his evening andordering too many items for my family. He then finished the order by saying in the same sarcastic tone, "Oh, that's OOOOONNNLLY$49.13, drive on up." I'm not sure if Taco Bell records their drive through, but it happened around 1055 pm on Friday May 202022. After he said that and I started to pull forward, my wife spoke up and said, "If that's how he is treating us already, Idon't think I can handle him handing out food to us and whatever other comments he will sling our way." I agreed with herobservation and immediately pulled out of the drive through line and left. I've never felt compelled to drive away, especiallyas my whole family now had to wait an additional 30 minutes (15 minutes out of our way) to grab taco bell from anotherestablishment, but was completely worth it for the piece of mind that I preserved by not having to interact with that individualin person. My wife tried to call as we drove away to speak with a manager, she called four times before closing but the phonewas never picked up. I'm sorry for ordering and leaving, but I really would not recommend coming to this Taco Bell if thatperson is on drive through. Read more

Ignorant & miserable employees! The drive thru is quick and efficient but the gentleman handing you the orders is so dam rude,... it?s disgusting. The woman taking the orders on this particular day was rude as well, sorry we?re not familiar with Taco Belllingo/menu. Most people who don?t like their jobs, change it.. These are the employees that give fast food a bad rep.Regardless fast food or fine dining, if you?re being treated with respect, you should be treated with respect back. Read more
