I'm convinced this place is managed by children . Every time you go there they have nothing it could be 7am or 8 pm and it's the... same story and I mean nothing not just we are out of Splenda nothing like told over and over they don't have this or thateverythig it would take longer to tell you what they do not have vs what they do ..The manager if that's what you want to callher Morgan is rotten to her core she decides who she wants there and if she has a personal problem with someone she knows wellyou get banned. I am no longer allowed there after going there now since it was open because I asked "well what do you havelet's start there and I guess that's treating staff badly.... This is the go to place if you want your order to be wrong. It's pretty much a joke now to see what they mess up. It amazes me... how they can constantly get orders wrong. Everytime I go they are more worried about their evening plans then the customersactual order. I'd avoid this place at all costs. Read more
Average coffee for dunks, window service is very nice. The language and constant yelling of the employees leaves me wanting... more. Sitting inside? Be prepared to hear all sorts of words and screaming about who slept with who the night before.. veryunprofessional. Read more
I used to think that this was the best dunks in York county. Over the winter I got tired of sitting in 20 minute lines at 5:00... in the morning only to get my order wrong or get cold food consistently so I started to go to aroma Joe's where the pricesalmost the same and it turns out they have better coffee and service. Every once in awhile I stop here anyways out ofconvenience. Every time that happens I'm reminded very quickly that this is the worst dunks in York county. If they maybe hiredemployees that were more concerned about attempting to get an order correct instead of sitting on their phone, I'm willing tobet the line at aroma Joe's wouldn't keep getting longer. Service is good. Coffee is good when made correctly. My biggest complaint is the new covers. No flap to cover the hole. They... are not consumer friendly. You can't shake your coffee anymore. If you so much as bump the cup, hit a bump too hard or turntoo sharp, your wearing coffee. Read more
They mess up quite a bit but I still come mostly for th refreshers (: love them, even when my sandwich is burnt, it's something... so easy to get over especially if you've worked in food before. Nothing in life is 100% perfect so just remember to be niceabout a mess up (: Read more
