me and my girlfriend went in here a couple days ago and the woman i assume was the manager, her name tag said mel and she had a... bunch of stars on her hat, was being incredibly rude to the other employees while there were customers present. I usually don'tcritique workers like this, but i specifically asked for extra olives on my sandwich and there was only 4, my girlfriend alsoasked for her sandwich dry and she put mayo on it. when my girlfriend corrected her she rolled her eyes. i've been here multipletimes and she's the ONLY employee i've ever had an issue with, and this is the only time our sandwiches were incorrect. Husband stopped in tonight to to get me a vedgie sub. The girl making the sandwich was literally sprinkling the vedgies on the... sandwich. 2x my husband had to ask her to put a little more lettuce...little more spinach. And even then it was minimal. He thengot himself a meatball sub. The meatballs were the size of quarters. When he got to the register another older woman rang himout. She had the nerve to charge him for a vedgie deluxe!!! Stopped by on this past Tuesday. First time visit here and highly impressed at total neatness of store and especially veggies,... meats and cheeses in front of me. We walk in to order sandwiches and are told they are all out of every type of bread for a 12 inch. They say they only have the... keto bread, flatbread, and wraps?and because this is somehow the customer?s fault, they are going to charge us .75 more forthose types of breads?.you know, the ones we didn?t want in the first place. Bad business. Here is how that should have gone?wewalk in to order sandwiches and are told, ? I?m so sorry but we are out of our 6 and 12 inch sub rolls tonight however, you canstill get sandwiches on our keto bread, flatbread, or wraps AND these breads would normally be .75 more but because wedisappointed you and didn?t have any sub rolls, we will not charge you the extra cost.
