Always great food, but sometimes the staff may not sound extra friendly at the drive in lane, which isn't saying they are doing... anything at all negative... Just comparing to some of their competitors down the street, better have a person at the drive thruorder headset that you can see the smile thru the staticky speaker!!! But always good service, always good food, and alwaysvery professional... And always my favorite burger joint to eat at! Read more
disgusting food, confusing experience. tried to order 2 impossible whoppers, got something called the "impossible king" instead.... they told us it's no different from a whopper, but it came without lettuce and smothered - SMOTHERED - in yellow mustard.revolting. truly awful. their people need training badly. Unfortunately the place was dirty. Seems whoever was in charge forgot to tell the staff to clean all table tops. The condiments... area was a mess and several condiments dispensers were empty. I mentioned that to 1 staff member and he said yes he knew theywere empty. I did not see them get refilled while we were there. However the food was good Read more
This was the singularly worst restaurant experience I have ever had. I placed a mobile order and after waiting in the restaurant... for about 15 minutes they informed me that part of my order would not be fulfilled. The person waiting on me didn't know how torefund my money and when he asked for help every other employee in the store started laughing hysterically. When I asked if theycould help me instead of laughing the manager told me to stop being rude. When I pointed out they were being quite rude she saidI didn't need to retaliate. So apparently what you have to do is let them be rude to you and not say a word. The store wasdirty, hot and the employees were yelling and swearing at each other. First time I've been unhappy with the quality of food. But time was bad. Fries where cold and old, the whopper was old as... well, the bread had dry corners and the lettuce was mush. Its lack the food was made acouple of hours ago. This was roughly0740pm. Hopefully management ???? will talk to the staff. I would rather wait for fresh food then for fast food that wascooked way ahead of time. And napkins would be appreciated as well. Read more
Ordered lunch for two, and the food was hard as rocks and cold. The buns on our burgers were like pucks, and the burger patties... themselves are tiny. It's worth driving the extra bit for Carl's Jr or McDonald's. Additionally overheard a drive thru employeesay "Its fine, you'll be fine unless it hurts, keep working" to a fellow coworker, as the coworker was coughing inside of thestore and walking towards the back. It was over 2 mins before anyone ever said anything through the speaker in the drive through, and about 15 minutes before we had... placed our order and got our food, 2 burgers. When we got to the window two associates were joking with each other, finishingtheir conversation before telling us our total and taking our payment. Worst drive through experience at this location yet. Oneburger was missing the condiments and the other was very over salted. Also, by giving a ?duplicate? receipt we can?t do thesurvey! Read more
