Firstly I Love the pizza at Pizza Hut. They don't always send someone who knows the area where I live and I have to wait and/or... call back. I ordered online this last time and they thought that I was going to pick up my pizza. So I was waiting and it didn'tshow up. I waited for an hour and then I called and they said that I didn't check delivery but that they would make another andsend that out. It got here in 10 minutes and I was ravenous. I didn't care that the pizza was so hot and the crust was just socrunchy good. I'm a regular customer and Pizza Hut made it right for me. Read more

Ordered carry out did not receive whole order... when I called back and asked to refund me the gentleman that answered was nice... and said he was new and didn't know how to do that so got a manager... she answers the phone laughing and said they can't refundme but I can come pick up what they forget .. when I said no please just refund me ,she continues laughing and says a managerhas to do that... over priced and disappointing Read more
I took my family to dine in and was so disappointed. We stood at the door, waiting to be seated, for about 10 minutes before we... were acknowledged. Then we were told that we needed to order at the counter and there was another wait. I ordered beer and thestaff completely forgot to bring it to us. Our breadsticks were very well done, the pizza was messed up and when we asked for abox, they gave us a used one. The staff did give us a pizza to go to make up for the mishap with the original pizza but itdoesn't make up for the lack of service we received. Though the staff was friendly and tried to make things right, it was easyto see that they were either not trained properly or they just didn't seem to care. We went out so that we didn't have to waiton ourselves and had to anyway. We ordered two pizzas and two orders of bread sticks and all of it was burnt. The tops of all four items were all dark brown and... crispy. Weve ordered multiple times and never had this happen. Read more
12-9-2021. They were the sweetest and most helpful people I spoke to all day. The workers here have always given 100% and go... above and beyond with their work. After a mix-up on our end, they were very helpful and even held the pizza until I was able toarrive. They're truly wonderful people and I can't thank them enough for all that they do. ? Thanks guys! Very good service, and the pizza was hot, fresh & tasted great. Although service was kind of slow, and we weren't greeted or... seated when we got there, I still give this place a 5 because of how pleasant our waitress was. The garlic twists are reallygood, definitely will order them again. The salad was fresh. We were pleased at the improved experience since the last time wehad been in. Read more
