Well looks like I won?t be going to subway anytime soon unfortunately. Coupons are no longer able to use and the prices today... are ridiculously high. I used to pay $8-9 for a wrap today I was charged $12.99. I get the inflation thing but these prices areridiculous not to mention no more coupons . That?s too bad because I really enjoy the food here as an alternative healthy optionnow I gotta look toward a different option. If you bring a valid unexpired coupon to this store you might as well just throw it out. Went to the East Wenatchee Subway... 10/5/22 went with a $3.99 6" Sandwich coupon. Upon payment I handed them my coupon for them to tell me they don't accept couponsanymore??? I've never heard of a place of business not accepting a valid coupon. So My 4 dollar 6" sandwich turned out to be an11 dollar 6" sandwich. Nice way to Jew your customers "Eastwenatchee" subway. Read more
Came to the restaurant at 7:50pm The chairs were up and looked closed. The website says you close at 9pm. Another man came... about the same time as I did. He asked if he was still open? The employee said yes it was open but everything was put away. Soassuming I wasn't going to get any food I left. Read more

The food is good like at any Subway. The staff is friendly. The prices are crazy-high (IMHO) and when I presented a... valid/current coupon when going to pay, I was told they just recently stopped taking coupons. (I thought she was kidding atfirst since they'd taken them from me on a previous visit, but she apologized and said it was a new rule for their store). Thesandwich they made for me was taken back and discarded. With the coupon the sandwich was $5.99. Without it would be over $14. Ivisited on 8/16, coupon expires 8/20. ¯_(?)_/¯ Still kind of shocked that they took the coupons for a prior visit butsuddenly no longer. Could have at least waited until the end of the campaign and then put signs on their doors so customersdon't waste time and they don't waste food. Read more
I'm honestly really sad about this, because my family went to this exact Subway so many times when I was growing up. ... Unfortunately, it just seems to not be what it used to be at all. Went in there last night with my wife, and despite beinghours from close, the entire dining area was shut down. The soda machine was out of order, they were out of the bread I wanted,they were out of the chocolate chip cookies I wanted... Just had the air of simply not caring what-so-ever. Added bonus, the"six inch" spicy Italian I ordered came out a kind of sad, wimpy little cigar of a sandwich. For scale, I wear a men's largeglove, so pretty standard sized hand. I really miss this Subway being the fun and awesome place I remember from growing up. Please, guys, try to get some of that back! Read more
Not timely, not friendly, missing stuff that?s needed to make a sandwich, drink machine is broken. Don?t get what you asked for... though stated 10 out of 10 don?t recommend. Here?s a helpful hint maybe have an adult on staff to assure things are doneproperly, not just a bunch of teenager that just entered the work force with no experience. Read more
Came in tonight 11/10/2022 at around 5:30... The server Zach was incredibly courteous, pleasant and made the experience that... much more enjoyable. I hope that if management reads this Zach gets rewarded for his performance. Actually made mine and myson's night! Cheers! Read more
