This place was disgustingly filthy! Didn't want to touch anything. Soda counter had dried pickles, dust, grease. As well as... whole kitchen area wasn't any better. Everything tasted greasy, old French fries mixed in with new French fries you could tellfrom the texture and color. Place made me want to throw up. I didn't want to even give one star but you can't leave a comment ifyou don't. Don't know how they are allowed to serve the public like this. Wait time for food was terrible too. Honestly my most favorite Burger King location in the whole world. You guys are awesome. The food is nice, the workspace is very... clean and nice. Love to see the older gentleman who is always there drawing sketches. I really like all of the employees there.Very caring and nice. They are pretty quick. Ate here after school, and on the way home had to stop because I had the Hershey squirts after eating a Whopper meal. Also don?t... use the Mens room at the Shoprite in Cromwell, CT anymore. Read more
Staff are always friendly. Food is fresh when I go. Been going to same location for years. Great deals. Currently 2 for $6... whoppers deal it's very affordable. Just can't eat it too much as it's not healthy to eat constantly. Food tastes great! Nocomplaints Read more
They Undercooked the Bacon Cheeseburger I had ordered. It was slightly slimy. I thought it was just maybe the ketchup or... Mustard. I WAS WRONG. This is extremely disgusting. About 20-30 minutes later I got sick. Two other people brought their foodback with the same issue. I really would like to hear back from this district manager. This is unacceptable. Read more
Good and friendly service and staff. Very hot and tasty 5.00 whopper meal. Clean and bright. Easy parking. Clean and larger... restrooms in this location. Better that most fast food restaurants I see. Would recommend if in area. Easy on and off exit 44 or45 off route 91. Read more
Went to the drive thru, they gave my order to the person in front of me. This person got out of the car and the food was... brought back inside. I watched them repackage this to give to me after it left the location and the person could have openedthis. When I questioned this, they said we replaced the fries like this is a sanitary practice. I left a comment with BK appand they said the store would contact me and I heard nothing. Be wary about their food handling practice. Read more
