Great, quick service and it's open 24 hours. I usually go here at 2-3 AM for my lunch break. Just not a 5th start from this one... impatient kid who had a bit of an attitude when redeeming my free coffee, and another kid not telling me that they were out of acertain item and replaced it with a similar item. It wasn't that big a deal, but it's the principle of bringing it to thecustomer's attention. Read more
Not all Reviews can be Positive, Im not quite sure what's happened to this Franchise but it's going downhill. Wrong Food Orders,... Wrong Coffee Orders, Staff with Poor Customer Interaction Skills. Guy behind the counter made pretend there was a problem with the register and didn't give me my change , the next day the same... guy gave me a cup of red muddy water instead of the coffee that I ordered. I've seen him there many times sitting on a bucketbehind the counter , never seen other employees doing that . He doesn't even stir my coffee with 8 creams & 8 sugars why shouldI give him a tip ? Not to bad of a place but a lot of fooling around going on and every time I go to this location something gets messed up. This DD was terrible. It took forever, all four drinks didn't come with whipped cream and syrup like the pics showed, and all... four drinks we TERRIBLE!!! We ordered Small for all four drinks but two were bigger than the rest. This DD should get no stars! Read more
