Great little coffee shop with dounuts and sandwiches. Nice building lots of room and spots to sit. The staff was friendly... providing excellent customer service. Terrible 8/10 times I go here they mess up the order. Never received the correct amount of munchkins.
The rudeness is just insane.My family and i have a dunkin addiction ???? so we go to dunkin every single morning. We get the... same things every time. This used to be our to go spot but honestly this was our last time at this location. The employees arevery rude and makes snide comments about your order. They actually get upset with us ordering at the drive through because wespent about $30+. I have 2 infants in carseats in the car i cannot go in with both of them and manage to get the food and drinksinto the car. But its also none of their business why i use the drive through. Please do better. If im being kind andunderstanding there is no reason to be rude to me. Its not my fault you chose a job you are unhappy with. Read more
As of late this dunkin is terrible. I spend $7 there every single morning and they never get the food right. Last week I got... someone elses order. Lady at the window is amazing. Rest of the crew needs training. It's asham when you give thesemulti-billion dollar comp. Money and they can't even make a freaking English muffin correct ???? Read more
I know it's Dunkin' but this one in particular is just a way better experience than all the others!
As of July 2022 many Dunkin Donuts have been out of frozen coffee syrup in the area of East Windsor CT. This D&D has frozen... coffee still available. They are also friendly and quick with taking and expediting orders regularly. Recommend trying thislocation over others nearby. Read more
