I have been going to this Dunkin for a few years off & on. They need to seriously upgrade their tea bags before someone gets... scalded while trying to squeeze it out. It is not the first time it has happened to me. This morning the string snapped rightin half spilling the tea all over my leg, work documents & keyboard. Luckily for me the tea had time to cool. A very rude and argumentative girl at check out! 1 coffee had milk instead of cream and she insisted it was cream, it wasnt!!... They mixed up all the bagel orders that were on deck at the time and had to track down my granddaughters bagel. Not a greatexperience! Read more

Went in there music blasting. Greeted by someone in dreadlocks who got my order all wrong! Wanted a double espresso with Splenda... and a large latte with an extra shot of espresso. I got a large latte with 4 Splenda and an extra shot of espresso. Guess hecould not here my order over the loud music! Never will I step foot in that place. Worst DD ever been to. Waste of money! Fast Service. Friendly associate. Amazingly efficient at processing so many in store customers. The black coffee is piping hot... and right with DD standards. The Wake Up Wrap with bacon was good but it would be better if I could've double the egg andbacon. The place is very clean and there is ample parking. There is a light on the side street to get back onto route 5 south. Read more
