The slowest Dunkin? I?ve ever been to. Employees would rather hang out the drive through window and talk about the customers car... for 5 minutes and that?s exactly what happened to me on several occasions. I?ve walked out of this location several times withnothing due to employees talking leisurely while I was standing at the register for 5 minutes. as if they were on break Theold crew was friendly fast and professional. HORRIBLE I GO THROUGH EVERY DAY TO HAVE MY ORDER MESSED UP AND WE EVEN TIP THEM, Burn't bagels, food is always missing and... coffee is wrong and it's black coffee. I don't get it I use to be a manager of a dunkin and it is not rocket science. Maybe 3good people at the location they deserve a raise, they make up for the other people at this location. Very friendly and fast inside service. The drive-thru is very busy but the inside is empty. Standard good quality DD coffee. ... Nice bright ambiance. The store is very clean. Easy access and ample parking. There is a traffic light, so making the leftturn onto Route 5 north is safe. Read more
Gets worst every time go, only reason go there still is it?s closest to my home but won?t be anymore. Food is always wrong.... Order English muffin with butter on side.
