I went inside to get my beverage. Greeted by smiling faces, and very polite employees. They were fast polite and big smiles. ... Iced tea was fresh and in a clean container. Unfortunately one star. When I was handed my beverage the cashier didn't didn't look at me just handed me my drink and walked... away. When I knocked on the window to ask for a straw the cashier goes "oh I didn't know you would want a straw most peopledon't use one with cold foam." Umm okay but you touched the mouth hole without gloves. You and the person who made my coffee. Ofcourse I want a straw and I don't deserve grief for it. unsanitary dunkins. Read more

We placed an online order for pick up here, pre paid in full and they refused to give us our order. We showed them our order,... receipt, saw that the money was indeed taken already but would not give us our order. That is not how you handle things by anymeans necessary Read more

I go here every Friday before grocery shopping. Every week it takes 10 minutes to get the order. I don't mind typically but... today was different. I placed my order through the app and the 2 young people there made a mistake and made the wrong size. Because i was in drive thru i knocked on the window. The person at the window who i was told was a female, no offense ihonestly could not tell, snapped PLEASE DON'T KNOCK ON THE WINDOW. The attitude is not needed and if the person would've gotthe order correct i wouldn't have needed to knock on the window. When i had asked the other person working what their nameswere i got an attitude. I WILL not go back to this Dunks and my gf and i go here 2xs a week. Read more
