Before I started my review I should of noticed this store has a 2.8 rating. I should of checked before actually going inside.... The store was so dirty and I could see immediately that none of the staff cared about anything. When I asked for chips at 6pm Iwas informed they were out. My words ?will you guys make more more??? The so called manager replied ?No blame it on mymanager!?. I asked for his name as a previous and happy customer from a chipotle I visited before clearly had name tags. I asked?who is the manager?? He laughed and said ?I am? I thought he might take some sort of ownership. He said no and the so calledother manager found time to stop applying eyeshadow to confirm his statement. After asking for names I was given a business cardand cold food. The chipotle in quarter bridge mall or in freehold is definitely a better, cleaner, and more reasonable option. Ididn?t even order queso and they charged me for it. So many better places to get tacos in East Windsor. When upper managementsee?s this I hope they take affirmative action. No complaints about the food. But ever since this location opened it?s severely understaffed. Never seen any chipotle with only... one person per station. You got to wait at least 20 min. for your turn. Orders online are always delayed by at least 30 min.from promise time and same with Chipotlane. If the management can staff up this location it would be much better. Read more
Great place to get a nice full meal, service is very fast and likable. Also they really do give you a good quantity unlike some... other chipotle chains. This was my first time there. And my last time ever going there. Horrible service, very dirty countertops where the food was... prepared. One person working upfront. There was a huge line and they were almost out of everything at 8.30 pm. Person wascleaning the stove already, but really they close at 10 pm. I ordered chips and salsa, chips were very stale. Normally I have a good experience but my most recent visit last week wasn?t ideal. My salad wasn?t ready for almost 15-20... minutes past my quoted time, and then I wasn?t informed that they were out of salad dressing until they finally handed me myorder. Had this been communicated to me sooner, I would have opted to moderate the order and add salsa to make it more like aburrito bowl than a dry salad. Granted, this was during peak lunch rush, but wish they communicated things like this better. Itwould be one thing If I was out of sight/out of mind, but I was just sitting in the drive-up lane near their prep area and theyknew I was there waiting for an order that needed a salad dressing? UPDATED REVIEW FROM 1 STAR TO 5 STARS: Only went back to this location because I had a free entree reward. I was blown away as... there was a big difference when I went my first time. I placed my order for pick up at 4:20pm and arrived at the pick up windowand it was ready at the exact time. I got a burrito bowl and it was EXCELLENT! Everything that I ordered was correct and it wasa lot of food! Very delicious and glad to see this location improving and providing excellent customer satisfaction! Read more
If I could give no stars, I would love to do that for this location. For almost $11 worth of chicken bowl, they have so little... in the bowl, you could see the bottom of the bowl. I was really happy to see a chipotle so close to my town and this is 1000%disappointment. Not worth it. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. For a relatively new place, the service is sup par and the staff arealready unfriendly. It will not be a surprise to see this place going out of business pretty soon. Never going here ever again. Not sure why this place's rating is so low. It's a chipotle, I walked in and ordered at the counter like a actual person and the... food was made promptly and correctly. Staff was pleasant. It was busy in there and everyone was ordering crazy things (singletaco?) But the line was moving along. If your in east Windsor and want chipotle, then go here. Read more
