This place is unpleasant, there is a women at this Dunkin who thinks she is the owner. Plays loud music, drinks all the coffee... and gives attitude when ask her a question. She gives the dirtiest looks and tells you that is not her job! I hate this place Iwill never go back there again!? Read more

9/17 8pm terrible service the lady at the drive through a spanish lady with an accent was rude. Will not Go there again and... hope you don't waste your time to go to this location either. I ask a simple requests and she was not willing to do or give agood explanationas to why she was not making my drink the way i wanted it not really that complicated. Read more
The Spanish women taken orders at the drive through did not want to steam milk for a hot chocolate. I will say the manager is... not at fault but their employees is their responsibility, Terrible service! Would leave 0 stars if I could. I called to get hername and asked for her name and she hung up on me! This happened on 9/17/22 at 8pm if a manager sees this hopefully they speakwith this lady she shouldn?t work there! I went to the store in cranberry locations and the supervisor was very helpful. I would rate this dunkin donut to 0. Always has problems. Today, my 2 bagels were not paired correctly, the 2 bottoms were in... one order and the 2 tops were in the other. The cream cheese smelled very stale potentially molded. Very sloppy delivering thefood all the time. I dont recommend going here. Read more
Check your order before you leave the premise (Don't expect apologies if they got it wrong). If you're customizing your order,... say, sausage instead of bacon or something, please make sure they got the order right. Or, you'll be driving back to thisplace.
