Not sure what her name was but there was a new girl working today at the starbucks in this store (9/2) and she was so polite and... doing a great job juggling so many tasks- kudos to her!! Edit 9/10- her name is Evelyn!! Super friendly girl and makes aneffort to get to know customers and is very attentive and personable- staff makes a difference in the customer experience here-hope to see her again soon! Read more

Asked for an iced brown sugar oat milk espresso and this is what I got. The staff insisted that this was normal and they... wouldn?t remake my drink. What a waste of money. Read more
Great Starbucks with great drinks and food that tastes good. The service is also always friendly and nice. The only downside is... that because it is in a story, they do not except mobile order ahead, even if you are a Starbucks rewards member. You can stillscan and get points unlike some other Starbucks that are located within stores, but you can?t order ahead which kinda sucks,definitely not a dealbreaker thought. Read more
Tldr: just don?t go here. Terrible service. Went here twice and both times the staff was so belittling and condescending when I... ordered. ITS JUST COFFEE!! I gave my coffee order very slowly and both the cashiers not only got it wrong but also gave obviousvisible queues on how frustrated they were that my order was a bit long. Terrible service. Friendly staff however they need to extend the hours at least be open until 8pm!!!!
