It's was great always friendly and very clean love the staff.
Got here around 9:30pm (we had 8 people... mind you they close at 1am) we had to personally find someone to seat us after... waiting for 5 minutes or so. We finally got seated, went to the bathroom, when I came out I overheard 2 servers arguing aboutus. They were saying how they didn't wanna serve that many people etc, it took them 10minutes to even ask which drinks we wantand another 6-10 to bring the drinks out.. (they were not busy at all!) We didn't get napkins or silverware until one of us gotup and flagged someone down.. no refills whatsoever.. as both servers laughed about everything(while they both had ear buds intheir ear!) Over all the service was complete bullcrap. I hope things change so this doesn't happen to others. Read more
If only there was an option for ZERO stars! First off, no one greets you when you walk in. You literally have to flag them down... at the bar where they are just hanging out and talking amongst themselves. Then as one member of our party is using therestroom, they overhear the only two servers arguing and complaining over who is going to serve our party of 8. This is 3 hoursbefore closing time! The food was mediocre at best. No silverware was given at any point and napkins we had to chase down. Nowonder the place was dead! Read more
Customer Service was on point, food came out fast, food tasted superb and was very filling. Would definitely go back there.
$17 for a pasta dish? $12 for cheese sticks? I paid $18 for this shoddy dish, a 6 oz steak, since it seemed like the biggest... value on the menu. It was actually served to me like this. I'm actually not cheap and I'm super willing to pay for good food,but this wasn't even good. My friend didn't even eat his steak because it tasted terrible. Give me a break... Fridays raisedtheir prices and shrunk their portions. You are a chain restaurant fridays :(, not a new millennial bar. The point of placing an order over the phone or online is so when I get there the order is ready. Every. Single. Time. I come... here it?s an issue of my order not being ready or them ?not finding? my order. I should know better by now that if I expect toget something from here that it?ll make me late for work.
