She wasn't nice at all. She refused to make cappuccino because she's cleaning the machine and it was 9:05 pm! And the store... close it 10 pm! Read more

Some of the worst staff I?ve come across in a Tim Hortons. Never greet you or say thanks/you?re welcome, do not return a hello,... sarcastically responded ?do you see any donuts?? while pointing at the empty display When I asked if they have any donuts left.(Actually they often have the baked goods in boxes behind the counter which is why I asked). Hopefully management can thinkabout retraining the staff to at least acknowledge customers and not act like we are making their life miserable. Read more
