Some of the worst staff I?ve come across in a Tim Hortons. Never greet you or say thanks/you?re welcome, do not return a hello,... sarcastically responded ?do you see any donuts?? while pointing at the empty display When I asked if they have any donuts left.(Actually they often have the baked goods in boxes behind the counter which is why I asked). Hopefully management can thinkabout retraining the staff to at least acknowledge customers and not act like we are making their life miserable. Read more
Certain staff I guess prefer to only serve coffee and ice caps. So since this certain staff person started, there never seems to... be any steep tea. The machine is always broken when she's working. Read more
