Made a pit stop coming up for a visit. Used the bathroom here and there was literally blood on the ground. Stood at the register... for approximately 10 minutes and was the only customer. They just stared at me and didn?t say a word, not even a, ?one secondwe?ll be right there.? Gave them benefit of the doubt and tried driving through the drive through. After taking our order shedidn?t say anything. We literally had to ask if we were okay to drive around. Straight trash service?. Would not recommend. Read more

This isn't our normal DD but did an online order and they messed up nearly the whole order. They kept putting whipped cream on a... drink that wasn't suppose to have it, then put the sandwich on a croissant when it was ordered as sour dough. They also kepttrying to give us someone else's order. Plus the attitude was not necessary when we were the only ones in line at that moment. So no I'm not happy with there service. Read more

Went in with a big list, since we had family staying with us as well, and the young man who rang us up was great. He rang up... everything correctly, extremely friendly and had a great sense of humor. The crew in the back fulfilling our order goteverything right and made everyone's drinks taste perfect. Best Dunkin we ever gone too. Read more

Not much to say. It is Dunkin Doughnuts. Place is clean enough to trust to sit down and enjoy and I do not have any issues with... the food that I ordered. My biggest issue is that the day I wanted to get some food for lunch, while I respect the employee fortelling me the truth, is that they were not making any food over top of the doughnuts that are already made. The reason, lackof staff. I do not blame the staff that was there working, but the owner of the establishment as they need to find a better wayto hire new staff and retain them. Read more

I've never dealt with a more rude bunch of people in my life, from the first person I spoke to in this fiasco to the last. I... placed a mobile order and went through the drive through, as I was supposed to. After waiting for quite some time, I got to thewindow and told them I had a mobile order (just as I had to the rude woman in the speaker) and the employee looked lost. Afterseveral minutes of confusion, she hands me two drinks and says thanks and closed the window. I waited until she looked back outand said "What?!" I explained we ordered food as well. Cue further confusion. After several more minutes, she hands me a bag. What's sticking out the top was not something I ordered and I told her that this was not my order. She became quite irritatedand told me to go inside. I parked, went inside, and told the girl at the counter that I was picking up a mobile order. She toldme those are drive through only, and when I told her I was instructed to come inside, she threw her gloves down and yelled, "Iquit!" I was then directed to a "manager," who greeted me with, " What do you want?" I, again, said I was told to come in andget my order. She grabbed the bag I had been handed at the drive through (10 minutes ago?) and sat it in front of me, taking outit's contents and rudely stating, "This IS your order, they just gave you extra stuff." I told her, no, items I paid for werenot there, so it clearly was NOT my order. She threw the items back in the bag, threw it in the trash, and proceeded to remakemy order. Not once, in this entire ordeal was I greeted, smiled at, apologized to, or even spoken to in a non-hostiletone. Needless to say, we won't visit this location again and I sincerely hope the complete lack of any kind of customer serviceis addressed at some point. If employees are taking cues from the manager I dealt with, it's no wonder it's not taught here. Read more

I go to this store about 5-6 times a week. See the same people and order the same thing. Lately, on my morning runs before work... Ive noticed an employee by herself frequently. I know the one day the other worker had just came in but she was alone for theearly morning. Although on Tuesday I believe, she was completely alone for the whole morning. It was me, and two other cars onthe drive through. I waited about 5 minutes then she took my order and I waited about another 5. The other car drove around andwas irate that it was taking so long. I asked her her name the next day when I saw she was back at it but had another employeethere. Her name was Darlene and her and I chit chatted a lil and I felt horrible she was by herself. If I didnt have to be atwork I wouldve gladly jumped in there and tried to do my best to help. I love this Dunkin and its the only one I go to.Although, I feel it needs to be better staffed in case of situations like this. I understand things happen, but this poor womanwas just frazzled and ready to give up. Im glad she didnt though Read more
