I want to rate this higher because the staff are great but my order is always wrong... Always. And the fries are always cold.... It's not that hard. I would wait for hot food and just read the screen and get my order right please... Just once would begreat. Read more

Had a very good experience. Place is new and booth is comfortable to sit in. They even have a mini sink for convenience.
If you are in search of a healthier choice hamburger or cheeseburger, A&W is the place for you. Their meat is antibiotics free... and of better overall quality than most of your other chains. Beyond lunch or dinner, they have fantastic egg, egg and bacon oregg and sausage sandwiches that are delicious! They also serve organic coffee, which is now my go to coffee in the morning! Floor was very slippery to walk on. I almost fell even though I was using my and. Not sure what they used to wash the floor but... they certainly need a new mop for sure. Mop probably had some grease on it from mopping the floor in the kitchen area. Food wastasty though. Read more
Clearly said dine in but got take out cups not frosty steins. Ordered whistle dogs but not cooked thru. In the old days the... weiners were cut thru and cooked on the grill so that dog was thoroughly cooked. These dogs were cooked before splitting andwere not cooked thru. Quite disappointed for the 27$ we spent. Not likely to order again. Read more
I want to give this a higher rating because the staff are generally friendly enough but gosh they struggle HARD to get orders... right. Three out of the last four times I've gone, they've messed something up - regular teen burger instead of a double teen,including condiments when I said not to - the most egregious was when I explicitly asked for no tomato due to an allergy andthey got it wrong. Would have been a trip to the hospital if I didn't check. This place needs to further train employees onbasic attention to detail skills. Do better. Read more
