Been going here everyday this week and my order is always wrong. I ordered a bagel belt cut in half and something is always... wrong. It only had bacon and cheese no lettuce or tomato, also why do I have to go to a different tims for certain items thislocation told me it does not sell lattes... the tims name has went way down hill, I don't have time to get my order changed ,please adress this issue. Checked google maps to see if this establishment was open, supposedly was until 11pm, however when I arrived the sign on the... door said closes at 10. To make matters worse the store itself apparently updated google 2 weeks prior stating that they were infact open until 11pm. They are not. Read more
My sister works there and she says her coworkers are pretty nice. They are great at making sure your order is right
Hardly any customers for the morning time we attended and we were still rushed out. Staff want rude. Just seemed rushed. As... for food quality, I prefer McDonald's breakfast. Read more

Been going to this Tim Hortons for years and always enjoy it. Recently did a mobile order which was really easy and convenient... but only thing I would suggest is maybe putting the person's name on the order or a sticker cause I can see anyone just comingin and grabbing it. If you don't mind waiting about ,5 to 8 mins to get service in dine in should avoid this place. The drive thru even more. Inside... is clean and small does have 1 high chair .staff are not friendly just there. Seems they need better systems constantly runningout of eggs sausage and today pop. It's Tim's. At this location it seems like the drive thru is the only way to get your food quickly. I ordered two crispy chicken... sandwiches, one order of wedges and spicy Chipotle. A large tea and an iced Capp. First off, I was told there wasn't chickenavailable AFTER I ordered. So I end up waiting 7 minutes, no big deal. Then once the chicken comes out, they don't have anybread available! So there's another 5 minute wait. Ok, I can deal with that, no big deal. Then one of the workers whispers tothe others (not so subtly mind you, that the lettuce is gone bad). So while I wait, and hear all this, it is utter chaos behindthe counter. No organization, no communication, no product available. I FINALLY get my order and go home after a 15 minutewait. But to my surprise once I open the bag, I get one crispy chicken and one steak craveable AND a coffee, not a tea! Serviceis deplorable. Absolutely deplorable. I can only describe the service as of lately as chaotic, awful and inaccurate. I willnever go to this location again. I'd rather drive the extra distance and get a correct order and in a timely fashion. I cannotrecommend this location at all. Steer clear and go somewhere that will get your order right. Read more
