I'd give this 0 stars if I could. The people that work here are wonderful. Especially the morning manager. She is super nice and... always friendly. But after chatting with her for a few minutes I found out she is being forced to work with Bronchitis even thoshe has a dr note and they are fighting her on taking her yearly family vacation....despicable. dont wat here, the higher upsdont seem to care about the health and families of their employees. New looking and updated menu boards. People were nice. They made a mistake but fixed it. They were the first happy looking... fastfood staff I've seen in years. The food was typical burger King and made as shown in the menu and the fries were hot. Thenew impossible King is great. Read more
Went the drive through and at the end asked for ketchup, the kid gave me only two,asked him for two more, and he asks ,what size... fry do you have. How rude ????, then I ask again, twice more, he says ,no ,can't give you anymore. Close the window, I said I'llcall the manager, manager was sorry, but I guess that was never taught to respect people, on his job. Read more
they can?t get simple orders right. last week i ordered at the drive through and found they?d gotten it wrong when i got home.... tonight i ordered online and they STILL screwed it up after keeping me waiting for fifteen minutes. i won?t be back. Read more
They do not listen at all to you when you order. Im lactose intolerant and have been for 20+ years so im specific when it comes... to ordering my food. I wouldn't write a review based off one bad experience but holy hell. They continually mess my order up sobad im unable to eat it. Probably on mess up number 5 by now and that's all waisted food and money. Read more
It is a common cycle that the icecream maker is not working. I really believe in the evening the machine is cleaned and then... the customers are told it us not working. We were asked to take a substitution or wait 5 minutes. I said we will wait. Theshakes were made and brought out within 5 to 7 minutes. Why does this always occur at night. Nothing special besides the quiet crowd. I enjoyed setting here better than some other burger king places. I also like easy in... and out. The road could be busy but only at rush hour times. The fish sandwich itself was not bad. Read more
I?m lactose intolerant and I get the whopper because they don?t have cheese and they didn?t even ask they just put it on. On top... of that every time I?m waiting almost 30 minutes to just have my order taken, but once you?ve committed you?re stuck there. Iwill never be coming back here. Read more
