Dunkin located in Pride in Easthampton. It's has a drive thru. Your typical Dunkin. No complaints.
It depends on the staff member that's working but some of them memorize my coffee and get it right some just rushed through it... and I have to redo it and then still don't get it right so it depends on the staff that is working because some of them takereally long to take your order and then still mess it up Read more
They always take forever when you order food. Today they asked what I'm waiting on...almost forgetting I'm still there..they... help remind me why I don't go to that one anymore. My drink doesn't look mixed at all.. it's all at the bottom and my wraps areburnt...no excuses. Do better. Read more
Normally very nice and friendly. Today I had to return a drink because it had whole milk instead of oat due to an allergy and I... could hear someone say inside ya sure they have an allergy they're probably just saying that. No i have an allergy and an epipen sitting next to me to bring home the point. I do appreciate them informing me that the pumpkin flavor i was about to drinkhad dairy and I hadn't realized. Service was fast and efficient but you should never assume someone doesn't have an allergy whenthey say they do, that could lead to you killing someone and I don't think whoever made that comment fully appreciates thatfact. Wanting my favorite coffee and breakfast from Dunkin' and ordered a large iced coffee, a Boston cream donut with a glazed but I... didnt get the Boston Cream. I drove back this time going inside and ordered a Boston cream. Shouldnt be to hard. Apparently I'mwrong about the difficulty levels needed to place a Boston Cream donut into a bag. I get out to the car and its a glazed donut.At this point I'm done. Worst Dunkin ever. Spend the extra time and go to Southampton to an excellent Dunkin because thislocation can't get anything right and this is not by any means my first or even second screw-up from this location. Went here yesterday. The First Lady was very nice, we ordered our 2 ice coffees at the drive thru speaker, lady asked us if we... wanted anything else, I turned to my wife to confirm we were good and some guy jumped on the microphone and was like ?you wantbagel bites, there?re delicious, just say you want them, you won?t regret it.? People laughing in the background on microphone, I asked the kid if he was high and his reply was ?yes? so I drove off. Very unprofessional and dumb. Hire better staff. Read more
