I was disappointed in the overall cleanliness of this establishment. The windows, floors and tables were apparently not clean,... even though it was only 10:30 am with few customers. The drink dispenser was not working. To top it off there was a spider webby the register. The only positive thing was the staff was friendly. Read more
Put my order in, 3 cars in front of me, all are prompted to park including myself. I believe I stopped count at 10 other cars... that went through the drive through. We all waited 15+ minutes for our food to come out. Then they tried to figure out who?sfood goes where, having to run back for forgotten items or completely wrong orders. If I hadn?t already paid, I would have leftafter five minutes. A five minute trip from my house turned into a 30 minute ordeal with a disappointing meal. And it?s nooffense to the employees, it?s clear the system is a mess. They can replace the aesthetics but they have yet to pair ?fast? withthe ?food?. Read more
I have to say I was very disappointed in this place, I ordered a chicken sandwich and a 20 piece chicken McNugget She asked me... how many orders of chicken McNuggets I wanted and I said one Then she said ?so you want one of spicy chicken McNuggets and oneof regular? This is the third time i?ve come here in the last month and the service is SO disheveled. Made we wait in the parking spots for... my food and didn?t even have chicken on either of my mcchickens. I went inside and everyone working seemed to not know anythingabout what was going on inside and I had to actively seek out my new order instead of them doing it for me.
