Always see this place and finally decided to try it today. Got the ?Wizard? and a order of Cajun fries. Sandwich is really... really good, fries were crispy and fresh. The only reason this isn?t a 5 star review is cause I really hate mushrooms and askedfor no mushrooms and they must of forgot cause there?s deff mushrooms in it. Was looking for somewhere new to try with my wife and we stopped in. We were definitely not disappointed the sandwiches here are... very filling and everything included on them was very good sized portions. The staff is super friendly and the prices are right.If you want a good Philly I 10 out of 10 recommend this place. Read more
Had a beautiful customer service experience yesterday! Both employees greeted us immediately and gave time for us to review the... menu. The gentleman there gave us a great breakdown of the options and his recommendation for us as ?first timers?! He evenoverheard me discussing that I didn?t want any juice/soda but just water so he offered me a water cup. It?s the little thingsthat make a longing impression on me. SO DELICIOUS! THE REVIEWS DONT LIE! i was really craving chili cheese fries and i couldn?t find anywhere that made them. well... until now! i just moved back over here after moving away for 2 years and i?m so so happy i?m back solely because of this place!these are amazing chili cheese fries that truly meet the term ?loaded? and the cheesesteak is seriously the best i?ve ever had.i?m not kidding. i got half steak half chicken on it and it is so filling and loaded with veggies and meat! everything is verywell priced for the quality! this ain?t no mr. hero or charley?s, expect higher quality food because that?s what the whiz is ALLABOUT! 10/10 would recommend! oh yeah and i did take out and everything was super fresh and hot! even when i got home! thank youwhiz!! I love this place, a couple years ago my buddy mentioned it offhandedly and I do love some cheese steaks but I've become a... vegetarian. So I called up and excitedly told me about this new eggplant thing instead of the tofu he was using before for hisvegetarian option. I told him I was down and now I regularly go there. Such a fantastic cheese steak, you really can't go wrongwith The Whizard with eggplant, the seasonings and sauces and cheese it's just fantastic. Their non-vegetarian options arereally good too! They marinade their meats so they are filled with flavor when they hit that grill and your sub. I've never hadsomeone complain when we went. Read more
First time here...Guy at register was very helpful. Ended up ordering the Italionao. It was just OK. nothing to go crazy over.... Prices are very high. Like any where else they advertise 12"..Its not. I didn't think there was a "lot" of meat in it. It wasaverage for a inflated price. Wont go back. Order 51.00 of food the wizard with provolone and cheese whiz extra onion call the store some rude girl who took the order when... trying to explain that maybe they put the wrong sandwiches in the bad kept saying I?m not going to argue with you over and oversaid she would put Mike the owner on who basically tried to tell me the same. sham is the first sub I had their was awesome andthat?s why I went back. That guy behind the counter was run and friendly. What this owner isn?t getting it customer perceptionso I took a pic of the sandwich there is no cheese whiz and no extra onion on it. I stopped at Whizard this evening for the first time. I got "The Whizard" and the sandwich was excellent. Good quality meat and... bread. Customer service was fast and friendly. It's a great local business so if your hungry- do yourself a favor and grab asandwich here. Read more
