I ordered from here on their app on Saturday 9-17-23 about 830 pm for delivery. They said it would be about an hour wait which i... was fine with. About 10 minutes later they cancelled my order, which they have a tendency of doing I have noticed latey, andkept my money. I have been trying to get ahold of them to get my money back since it was a decent size order and noone willanswer. I looked through my account and the orders i have had cancelled on me and noticed this actually wasnt the first timethis has happened. My orders were just smaller so i never noticed. Ordered the mostbestest pepperoni pizza tonight 9/13/22 and what I received was a regular pepperoni pizza. Hardly any cheese and... barely any pepperoni. Very annoyed and disappointed. Honestly, the worst experience ever. Placed a mobile order and they took out my money, we get there and it’s closed. Complete... waste of time. There were multiple people waiting for their order and there wasn’t a single sign stating that they were closedor anything. I would have given this experience 0/5 stars if that was an option. I also called a few weeks ago and the kidanswered the phone saying it was dominos and allowed me to hang up thinking I had the incorrect number, when I called back theypicked up as if I were calling McDonald’s. I get that this is a good job for students but please find better staff or else Idon’t really see this location being up much longer with such poor service. Read more
I was surprised that the Italian Cheesy bread I ordered was burnt! I usually receive decent service from this location. Even... when I called and told them my children wouldn't eat it, I went in and the replacement they made was burnt as well????????. This is the first Little Caesar's where our order was fresh and hot. The wait for fresh pizza and cheese bread was only 10... minutes. The cashier was very friendly and the store was very clean. This location is top notch in my book. Thank you and pleasedon't change. Read more
Would you go to McDonald's if all you could get was a cheeseburger and fries? Last 5 times I called, they said we could only get... "hot n ready" or didn't answer the phone. Last time they said they could not take an order, I drove past the place 10 minuteslater. We got food from Papa Joe's because they could only do hot n ready. The parking lot was empty. Gotta serve what peoplewant or don't bother opening the doors. Read more
