I just have to write a review because I just started going to Rally's about 2 weeks ago and I've been there like three times and... I always get like the two doubles for six dollars. And let me tell you, the deep sea doubles are so so so so so so good. Thebest fish sandwich I've had from any restaurant and it's always super hot and what a deal! And I don't know the lady's name whoworks there but she's always at the drive-thru my receipt says Quel so not sure if that's her name. She seems like a really hardworker and I enjoy her very much when I come there. I am obsessed with eating this fish sandwich LOL. It hits so hard and sogood every time I get off work and go to Rally's. I do not live in Eastlake so I never think to go there but I think the pricesare really good and the food is awesome. Delicious! Was a little nervous for the overall quality of the food. Not all Rally's has good quality, at least as a reputation... but was pleasantly surprised that food and service was Exquisite. Read more

I live in Geneva went all the way to Eastlake to try these fry seasoned chicken tenders I was dying to try! Eastlake was the... closest to me. So I went through the drive-thru ordered a 5 piece tender combo it was $9.99 . Pulled up to eat it was onlythree pieces so I went up to the window to get my other two pieces the manager and the cook stood there looked at me and ignoredme continued making stuff for the drive-thru. it's 95 outside & I'm standing there for a good 5-6 minutes without anacknowledgment even though they all looked up & saw me. Then the manager finally came to the window I'm guessing when thedrive-thru orders were done !? didn't say a word told her I ordered a five piece & only got a 3 piece she looked at me andlooked at the bag took the bag looked at the bag and the receipt inside looked at the stuff inside the bag to make sure I wasn'tlying??????? threw it away proceeded to give me another order handed out the window and said have a good one! No I'm sorry noanything ???? was horrible service!! It's been years since I've been there since I'm so far away and will be years till I goback! I work in customer service and I can't even imagine treating a customer whose order was wrong so poorly and not evenapologizing at least!! When we want to at a twist to our lunch options, we tend to go to Rally's. They serve good food, have really good customer... service, and the choices they offer are plentiful. My husband Loves the Big Bufford, (The Mega Burger they make) and dependingon how hungry I am, I would choose the Chicken bite box, (Chicken Nuggets and Rally Fries), their chicken strips (Original,Barbecue, or Lemon Pepper flavored.. only if the Lemon Pepper is lightly sprinkled, otherwise, they are Too Salty) of theflavors that I remember, they serve a delicious crispy or spicy chicken sandwich, and the Deep Sea Double is the Bomb! That is,if you like a tasty fish sandwich. So if you need a quick meal, for little money, full of flavor, with special deals like, twofor $3, two for $4, two for $5, or two for $6 sandwiches, and sometimes, two for $10 meals. They serve ice cream sundaes, milkshakes, slushy drinks, pop and soft drinks. This Rally's sits across the street from Wal-Mart on Vine Street, and hubby and Ialways stop there ... (BEFORE we go shopping, so we don't shop hungry and buy up the store), or right after shopping, for atasty treat, before we heading home. It's the 4th of July and all I wanted was an hamburger. First the cashier was extremely rude for no reason when we ordered our... food!!! She never said hello or have a good day at the window. My burger looked like it had blood on it! The tomato was wateryand made my bun soggy. It was a horrible experience. I called twice to complain and no one answered. Lines are always long. This time around my order was wrong after repeating twice along with forgotten items. So much ice in the... drink that there was barely any pop. The cashier in the drive-thru didn't say a word when I handed her the credit card or whenshe handed me the bag of our wrong food. Ive been going here a couple times a week for the last year as I work down the street. The food at Rally's is surprisingly good... for fast food, with burgers that put mcdonalds and burger king to shame. This location has always been fast and friendly, andthe food has always been great. I would highly recommend this Rally's to anyone who is hungry. Read more
