Some great food, if you don't like what you order, it's definitely worth trying other menu items until you find your favorite,... but you WILL find your favorite thing to eat here. The staff are great and provide great service. Parking can be a mess, but youcan't teach people how to park. Read more

I am very understanding person and I hardly ever complain about restaurants and service but this is my first and last time... coming. First of all, I waited about a hour for my food (I was patient and didn?t complain though because they were busy). Itook my food to go just to see that they didn?t fulfill my order properly. This was an inconvenience because I have to useunnecessary gas and drive in the rain to go back to El Rancho when that?s time I could be using for more important things. WhenI get there, there?s a customer also having a frustrating time trying to explain how they got her order wrong. When they finallycame to me, they didn?t seem to care or even realize how much of an inconvenience it is to take time out my busy schedule fortheir mistake. Jennifer and I go to elrancho a lot and never had any bad experiences here Victor and Dora are great people and their staff are... extremely good at their jobs the food and the service are both extremely great I highly recommended Elrancho to all of thepeople that are just passing through our little town or even the locals go enjoy the experienced staff and owners.
