I am very understanding person and I hardly ever complain about restaurants and service but this is my first and last time... coming. First of all, I waited about a hour for my food (I was patient and didn?t complain though because they were busy). Itook my food to go just to see that they didn?t fulfill my order properly. This was an inconvenience because I have to useunnecessary gas and drive in the rain to go back to El Rancho when that?s time I could be using for more important things. WhenI get there, there?s a customer also having a frustrating time trying to explain how they got her order wrong. When they finallycame to me, they didn?t seem to care or even realize how much of an inconvenience it is to take time out my busy schedule fortheir mistake. They didn?t offer to give me something for the inconvenience or recook my food freshly and correctly. They alsodon?t answer their phone. HUGE INCONVENIENCE! Read more
Jennifer and I go to elrancho a lot and never had any bad experiences here Victor and Dora are great people and their staff are... extremely good at their jobs the food and the service are both extremely great I highly recommended Elrancho to all of thepeople that are just passing through our little town or even the locals go enjoy the experienced staff and owners. Every time we go there when we come up to work on the property we eat dinner here and always have had great food and service!!!
I ordered the #47. I was terribly disappointed in the dish I received. The sauce was extremely sweet. The enchilada and... burrito were covered in the same sauce. The only difference between the two was that one was a flour tortilla and the other mayhave been a corn tortilla. The taco was also mediocre. Thankfully, I ordered a side of beans and rice, plus a tamale, which wasgood. I told staff that the plate wasn't good but ended up paying for it anyhow. Lesson learned. I'll stick with I Heart Tacosdown the street. Read more
