I stopped by the drive thru to get a large tea. Mcdonald's (especially this location) usually has excellent tea, but it was... sour! I had to trash it. This was after I got sour tea from there last week. I have gotten tea from here for years & I havenever had this experience before. I am giving 4 stars, because the service was exceptional, the girls at both windows greeted mewith a smile, asked how I was & wished me a good day! This store/location is clearly working on their customer service level &this makes me so happy, it does not cost a thing to be nice & we can certainly use more kindness in this world. Read more

I have NEVER had a fast food place take so long to get an order to you. It doesn't matter if you go inside or thru the drive... thru. IT TAKES FOREVER! I waited in the drive thru lane 45 flippin' minutes one morning. If I could've gotten out of the line,I'd have left with nothing! I've tried stopping in numerous town and it's everywhere. It's the same at every single place I'vegone to. I used to have no choice because my grandson's world revolved around chicken nuggets. Thank God he's growing outta thatbecause if I never have to go back to this establishment, I'll be the happiest person alive!
