I don't believe it is their pleasure anymore... This Chick Fil A is ran like a McDonalds....literally! Several times here with... issues not resolved and no apology, refund, nothing....I will NOT spend another dollar here. The food is not acceptable. Thelemonade (and they are known for good lemonade) is horrible and it's too expensive to be that bad. Last straw was I ordered asalad (not the first this happened at this location) and I was told they didn't have anyone that knew how to make a pre-madesalad. There are 30 people working here and I am unable to order a menu item? Just like McDonalds and the ice cream machine! Take it off the menu if you can not offer salads! The manager, Nick - literally laughed when I tried inquiring. I askedabout making a complaint - he said look online. OH...WoWzers!! Found a Chick-Fil-A tucked into a random strip mall in St. Michael?s, MD. Amazing customer service and the food was top shelf. ... Made ready to order, hot and fresh. Service was great and fast and the place was clean; however the floor must have been cleaned improperly as the entire place was... incredibly slick even though it was dried. I had several close calls to falling and my 4 year old did slip and fall whilewalking next to me. Read more
When you order a large hash brown to split and get a box that is half full. No good. Y?all slipping.

This has been an outstanding restaurant to go to. The owner is understanding of the necessity for good customer service even... back in the day when he worked for his dad at the one in Salisbury. All of the staff have been pleasant and food is always good. Read more
