Sometimes come through here for a quick breakfast run, and I can honestly say the workers here are nice and service is quick. My... complaint is why does every food taste like air fryer doesn?t matter what I get it?s just tastes the same, also got a smallcoffee half way filled and the rest with whip, but what I can say, the bacon here is amazing, wish they threw more bacon in. I have tried to make an order. The lady that was working named Jennifer, was super rude to me. I don?t even mind that she didn?t... want to serve me just because I was walking through the drive-thru. I am not going to disagree with their company policy. Butwhen I tried to take a picture of the customer care number. She came back out saying that? oh, no problem, you can complain allyou want, and my name is Jennifer. They won?t do anything. You can go home to your mom and cry? how rude is this service? I havebeen going to Dunkin for a very long time, but I have never seen any service like this before. It?s a shame how this company'sreputation is being reflected at this location. Read more
Placed a drink order....long story short after speaking with three people over 20 minutes I never got my drink. Drove to the.... Ext Dunkin on my route and was in nad out in 5 minutes. This place is chaos. Read more
As DD's go there seems to be some consistency with the coffee. Of course, staff is different at each place, and so, attitudes... are as well. One thing I've noted over the last 8+ years with what DD calls an Apple Fritter. They (all stores it seems fromacross Maryland up to NJ) sell an Apple Puff pastry that they label as an apple-fritter...sorry DD, Not even close! Tryresearching what an Apple fritter actually is. Even the picture should clue you in. Advice...save yourself the extra cost andget an apple-filled donut. It has more Apple filling anyway. Really good selection of morning foods and donuts. Coffee is really good, highly recommended. Morning rush through the drive... thru is long if you have the time to wait in line, if not try heading inside and make your order to go. Read more
