Some of the most ignorant ill mannered employees I?ve ever come across. Yesterday 10/29/22 as I sit in the drive through, I... overheard the employee on the second outside ordering post talking to a customer horribly. The employee told the customer thatthey are not helping them and get out of line. As I pulled up to the first ordering post, I heard employees talking to eachother back and forth very crude and vulgar over their microphones. The employees totally ignored me and I waited with my 5 yearold as they finished their conversation and until they acknowledged me. Minutes later, an employee said to me ?yea hello, whatdo you want?. I asked for a happy meal and a boo bucket if possible and the employee very rudely cut me off, ?we out of ?em?. Iknow it?s fast food, and I?m not expecting the best service in the world. I can even look past not being friendly to customersor acknowledging them right away. All I wanted was two hamburgers and an apple fritter, that's all. I used the app to place my order. I decided to go inside to... pick it up rather than go through the drive-thru. Big mistake. There were only a few people inside and it took forever foranyone to get their order. Next time I'll stick to the drive-thru, it seems that they get priority over anyone else. Read more
