Some of the most ignorant ill mannered employees I?ve ever come across. Yesterday 10/29/22 as I sit in the drive through, I... overheard the employee on the second outside ordering post talking to a customer horribly. The employee told the customer thatthey are not helping them and get out of line. As I pulled up to the first ordering post, I heard employees talking to eachother back and forth very crude and vulgar over their microphones. The employees totally ignored me and I waited with my 5 yearold as they finished their conversation and until they acknowledged me. Minutes later, an employee said to me ?yea hello, whatdo you want?. I asked for a happy meal and a boo bucket if possible and the employee very rudely cut me off, ?we out of ?em?. Iknow it?s fast food, and I?m not expecting the best service in the world. I can even look past not being friendly to customersor acknowledging them right away. However, at least train your employees to speak proper English while at work and not talk liketheir in the streets in front of young kids. Read more

Used to be the best McDonalds near route 50. Today, the cashier had to get someone else to take my order because he didn't know... where to find the breakfast sandwich on the screen. I ordered one of two sandwiches without meat, and after leaving, realizedthat it only had meat and the sticker was marked "no sausage." It seems to be run by different staff now and they don't appearto be trained properly. Read more
I?ve noticed that when I purchase an apple pie and it is DRY that the ?Enjoy By? sticker is always removed?
If you order eggs for breakfast, this is what you get. Old overcooked frozen square patty eggs. I have never ever seen eggs that... sat in the holding oven so long as to turn brown on the bottom. Second photo is from the top. The bacon has been sitting so longit?s tasteless and soft. I have always loved the store. I was a regular for five years and this was the best one in town. Ilive 1 minute from the one on 50, but it is always messing up my order, so I always go across town to this one. The last threetimes I visited, you guys let me down. Read more
All I wanted was two hamburgers and an apple fritter, that's all. I used the app to place my order. I decided to go inside to... pick it up rather than go through the drive-thru. Big mistake. There were only a few people inside and it took forever foranyone to get their order. Next time I'll stick to the drive-thru, it seems that they get priority over anyone else. Read more
