I love the food. Hands-down best fast food around. The problem is you can never get what you ordered straight by going through... the drive-through. Three times this week, never once was my order correct. Lady at the window very disrespectful. I nevercomplain to anyone she just had a horrible attitude. After I said thank you she looked away. They don't sell ham anymore(?!!) so no ham sandwich on everything bagel. So ordered a BLT on everything bagel. First time was... an Asiago, no salt. Wrong. Second try it was a bacon bagel but no lettuce, mayo or tomato. Wrong again. Had wife go up nextto argue this. Third try it was right. But amazing it took three tries. I don't understand..... these people are a joke I order an extra piece of bread and it looks like they took a bite out of the bread to give it to me... im paying for an extra piece of bread and it was cold and hard as a rock, terrible service! I will never ever shop here atthis place again Read more
Panera is almost the same anywhere you go. Consistency is key and they are keyholders. The new Tuscan chicken sandwich is the... bees knees. It was really good. They have wonderful baked goods and treats to chose from as well. This location in particularwas up to par and slightly better than most of the other locations I've been to. They were quick. Nice staff. Food is good. In-store orders have to place at counter. No self-ordering kiosks. Peaceful place.
