Okay I have been a LOYAL! Papa johns customer, until tonight this was it for me! Last month they was more then a hour getting to... my house for a delivery, they in return credited my account and gave me a free pizza for next time so, because like I said IWAS! a loyal customer. I gave them another chance. Tonight I decided to get the pizza but this time I figured I pick it up, onlyto get home and it's not what I ordered ???????????. So I give them a call they say once again I'm so sorry we'll have one outto you in 30min, this was at 6:40pm it's now 8:26 ????.. I'm beyond done with papa johns I'm ready to call them now I would loveto hear what the excuse is now. Read more
Whoever is answering the phone tonight has absolutely no manners. Sounds like she totally hates her life and doesn?t want to be... there. Nor can she get an actual word out of her mouth. We have had problems with this Papa johns before but never like tonight. I ordered my food online like I always do we waited an... hour and a half for our food to get her to be told that they cancelled our order. While trying to say that they stood on myfront porch and knocked and knocked I have a dog that barks at any movement on our porch and we did not hear a peep from him soI called and got called a lier and got hung up on teice. Papa johns pizza alright, just takes too long and is double the price of dominoes. Literally. For the same exact pizza. Maybe... it?s cause I used their app but $40 for a large pizza w 3 toppings is ridiculous. Head on over to dominoes, they got you for thecrisp Andrew Jackson. Read more
5 stars to the manager on duty she was extremely busy but yet manged to have our pizzas ready in a timely expected fashion also... very friendly the pizza was awesome and as long as we get service like that we will keep going back. Store has changed hands a few times but the management isn't exactly great... an overly ambitions delivery radius leads to long... wait times and the employees are always visibly exhausted. The only thing worse is the other clientele; drivers often lookstunned if you tip them over 4 or 5 dollars. Read more
