I went to get a meal and there was no hot sauce condiments. The other gentleman (African American) said I don?t give people free... sauce. I could have paid and went to see an option to pay however, it could only be bought with a side or meal. Lastly, a ladyat the counter said I will give him at her own risk. I hope she gets rewarded than getting in trouble for excellent customerservice. Being nice is never wrong especially working in food and sales. I always go royal farms. Filthy bathrooms. Dirty store. Grumpy employees. Some gas pumps don't work until you pay inside.

Trust the reviews. This place has turned into a nightmare. Staff is pretty awesome but due to bad management, they can?t do... enough. If your passing through, you do NOT want to stop here. It don?t matter what time of day or how many people are in line.There is only one person behind the counter most times. Auto pay machines never work. Place is gross and not clean. I got a chesapeake chicken sandwich and there was a BONE in my sandwich. Not only is it disgusting (the sandwich was dry,... overpriced and gross anyway), it's also dangerous. I definitely will not be getting RoFo chicken ever again. Read more

Bought a 12 piece chicken earlier this week. Oil was rancid. When I called the manager, she acknowledged the oil was bad??...... ( how do you keep cooking in it knowing it?s bad? ). She agreed to replace it. Also bought a small mashed potato. It was atbest a single serving with a very small container of gravy. Both were boxed, (instant) and they charged nearly $5.00.
