Went for dinner last Friday evening and received probably THE WORSE service I have ever received. Our waitress disappeared to... who knows where for 10-15 minutes. We had to ask the hostess to track her down as we were out of drink. Then she finally cameout with the food and it was lupe warm so makes me wonder how long it was sitting in the kitchen. On top of this, my wife'smeal was missing the bacon that went with the chicken so we asked about it and were given bacon bits off the garden bar by thewaiter. Clearly she doesn't know the slightest bit about serving at a restaurant and needs alot more training. We haven't beento a Ruby Tuesday since before COVID and because of her service, or lack thereof, I think this was and will be our last time. Read more

Haven?t been there in about a year, went there for lunch and had an amazing experience. Place was a lot cleaner, our server... Whitney was very bubbly and polite. Food looked and tasted great, well def be back again! So happy it?s running better. Read more
Waitress was very nice but the restaurant is dirty and the food was cold, soggy and wet.
We have been to this Ruby Tuesdays a few times without issue. Tonight we walked in and there was practically no one in the... restaurant. We were seated promptly. We sat, and we sat over 10 minutes with no one coming to us to even say, "hey I'll bethere in a sec."Eventually saw a server go to the table near us. She took their order, which took a while to get. She walkedright past us glancing at us and then going to the table behind us. She didn't even acknowledge us as she quickly turned andwalked away. Very disappointed. Read more

My family and i go here now and then when we are tired from working on the house and don't want to cook. The service has always... been outstanding and the food has always been pretty good. Now R.T. isn't a top quality restaurant but i feel for what theycharge, they provide a good meal and a great salad bar. We will definitely be back in the future. Read more
Ribs were actually cold, not even room temperature, drink was wrong drink the first time and watered down when it was replaced... and the side that I ordered came 10 minutes later! The fries were delicious, but I had NOT ordered them as I had ordered therib appetizer. Read more
