Very dirty bathroom. No toilet paper. Not very friendly. Drinks were right.
I just bought a coffee from the store and when I receive the coffee it was all milk with enough coffee to turn it A darker shade... of white. Went to this place this morning I?ve come from 3 hours away and stopped by for some drinks and breakfast at open time. Ordered... my food the girl at the speaker was so kind and lovely but the guy with the glasses and that?s cross eyed has one of the worstcostumer service I?ve ever experienced with Starbucks. My boyfriend said I?m sorry and kindly asked to add a sandwich and pastryto our order and this guy with a whole as* attitude rolled his eyes and and closed the window didn?t say oh sure no worries orof course but it really seemed to have bothered his as* to put down another food item. He handed us the food didn?t even tell usour total and when we said thank you so much have a better day he couldn?t even bother to say your welcome or you too we wasgonna give them a tip and before I could give my man the money. He just turned around and closed the window. If you really hateyour job that much you might as well not even work there really made my boyfriend feel like he did something wrong to you eventho we did nothing wrong! Read more
It was my first time visiting this location and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised at how great the customer service... was! I used the app to place my order to pick up at the drive-thru, and it was ready at the time specified with very littlewaiting. I experienced courteous, friendly and efficient customer service at this location and my order was made to perfection.I understand that the cooperation will be closing Starbucks locations in some States, but I sincerely hope that this location isnot on the list. Very disappointed on the service, I ordered two white chocolate Mocha (Venti) and a sandwich and the two cups were almost half... way and didn?t realize until after I?ve already left. That wasn?t right for the price I paid for. Read more
If you are a black person especially male, stay away. They are not a very welcoming staff at this Starbucks location. They took... 18 minutes to make my drink as customers came and went. At the 10 minute mark of waiting, they seemed annoyed that I wonderedwhere my drink was. Which was just an empty cup w/a label on it sitting to the side at the time. Nice Starbucks location in the Easton, MD area. One major downside is that the drive thru lane is too short and cars easily... backup onto the main road next to the property. Once in the Cafe everything was good. The food was delicious, we had breakfastsandwiches. The coffee was good as well. The barista was not the friendliest person, and neither were the other employees. Read more
My family always stops here to fuel up on a long trip. Delicious coffee, fast service, and nice staff! All the key things for a... good rest stop. The bathrooms are clean and the restaurant is spacious is you want to dine in. Read more
