I love the different drinks. Never had a bad experience. I like the one inside Harris Teeter best of them all.
Did a mobile order and when I arrived only one of two drinks was ready. Was finally after several minutes of waiting was told... that they were out of black tea and asked if I wanted a different kind or to wait for them to make it up. Kinda upset that itwasnt already being made while we were waiting. Read more

They have gone downhill for the past year ~ I go in about every few months...trying to use up a gift card I have...hoping there... has been a change! NOT!! It is dirty (no, I'm not a "clean-freak"), the help is not very friendly.
